Fashion Tech Internship – Vêtir

Internship Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team. This internship is a unique opportunity to
gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Brand Partnerships, Social Media,
Styling, and Operations. The intern will work closely with key stakeholders, supporting day-to-day tasks
and gaining exposure to all facets of the business in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support all departments with daily administrative and operational tasks
● Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings with brands and stylists
● Conduct research and support outreach to potential stylists and partners
● Assist with brand partnership outreach and follow-ups
● Provide support for social media content creation and engagement

Operations Support:
● Assist with daily order management, including tracking orders and updating statuses
● Help monitor returns and refunds, flagging any discrepancies
● Support maintaining accurate data across orders, returns, and internal systems
● Assist with digital closet build-out and ongoing maintenance
● Support closet digitization and backend organization
● Help ensure a seamless experience for both stylists and clients
● Assist the CEO and leadership team with ad hoc projects as needed
● Gain exposure to the luxury fashion and technology industries

Qualifications:
● Passion for fashion, technology, and startups
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and research skills
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn
● Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Canva preferred
● Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
● Prior experience in fashion, tech, or business-related roles is a plus but not required
